Virtual visits to the Diamond Light Source research labs

Due to the ongoing pandemic we are still unable to host ‘in-person’ events at Diamond Light Source, but we are delighted to announce that our upcoming ‘Inside Diamond’ public open day will be held virtually via Zoom.

Join us for a fun, informative and accessible glimpse inside the UK’s national synchrotron, explore inside our particle accelerators and delve into the laboratories (beamlines) where the experiments actually happen.

As we do not have to adhere to in-person staff-to-visitor guidelines we are able to significantly increase the number of attendees, therefore instead of the usual ballot for tickets, we have opened registration to everyone.
